This full-sized chef knife combines elements from several styles, with a Japanese influenced blade and my handle design.
The Laminated steel blade is forged from 410 stainless with an 80CRV2 cutting edge. Forge texture remains at the spine with hand-finished bevels leading to a very thin, hard edge.
The handle is black Richlite, with a soft satin finish set off by polished, domed nickel silver pins.
Knife comes with a leather blade sleeve.
