This knife is my take on the classic French-pattern chef knife. It's versatile shape makes it the most commonly used style in professional kitchens. This blade is forged from a bold, woodgrain pattern Damascus (80CRV2 and 15N20), deeply etched and polished for striking appearance.
The handle is stabilized spalted maple with stainless hardware.
