Kenesis Chef Knife

This knife represents the outcome of a blank sheep of paper and a pencil, with the guiding principle of creating a knife with an actual sense of movement in the design alone - even with the simplest of materials. Like a supercar, I wanted a knife that looked fast standing still.

The integral blade has been forged from 52100 round bar, and ground very, very thin.  It is flexible and unbelievably light.  The sculpted African blackwood handle flows seamlessly into the satin finished steel bolster, and because it's slender at the neck, the knife is very easy to control.

Includes a leather blade sleeve.
