French Spring Chef
The first flowers to bloom as winter just begins to fade here in Southwest Virginia are the daffodils. And as the first of the spring harvest of chef's knives in 2024 it seemed right to name this blade thus.
The blade is a tight, dancing ladder pattern damascus (80CRV2 and 15N20) in a classic French shape. The blade is nestled into a bolster of black Richlite and finished with a sculpted handle of stabilized spalted maple.
When not in use, you can keep your knife safe in a custom leather blade sleeve.
Blade length 9.3", width (at heel) 2.15", overall 14.8"
