A Full-sized French pattern blade (albeit with a Japanese-style K-tip), this style of knife has become my favorite style to cook with. It's great with veggies as well as meats, but mind yourself...fingers are meat after all.
The blade is woodgrain pattern damascus (80CRV2 and 15N20), ground very thin. The handle is a beautiful piece of stabilized English walnut with black composite pins. Knife comes with a leather blade sleeve for storage.
