Excellent all-around knife in the kitchen, this forged, full-tang blade is made from 180 layer woodgrain pattern Damascus (1084, 52100, and 15N20). It is all-carbon steel Damascus so it will take some care, but even with regular use will remain the best looking knife in the kitchen.
Handle is stabilized English walnut with stainless hardware.
