This 80CRV2 blade was forged to shape with blade bevels flat ground very thin with the forge texture remaining at the spine. The blade is finished with a patina treatment that jump-starts the living surface of a carbon steel blade in the kitchen.
The handle scales are reclaimed bourbon barrel staves finished with the barrel char on the outside, secured with composite pins.
Knife comes with a leather blade sleeve.
