Like a magic wand, this full-sized French Chef’s knife can turn the inedible into the spectacular.
Forged, Laminated steel blade (410 stainless with an 80CRV2 core) the blade is forged to its final thickness, then ground to a thin, sharp edge. Bevels are hand-finished with forge texture at the spine.
The stabilized black ash burl is built as a frame handle, fitted to a hidden-tang blade. This reduces weight, improves feel, and extends the lifespan of the knife.
Blade comes with a leather blade sleeve.
