F&S Hunter

$ 750.00

This is the model I made for Field & Stream Magazine, April/May 2018 issue, and featured on the cover of the Field & Stream Total Knife Manual.  The 4-1/8" blade is long enough to handle skinning and cleaning of game, with a point fine enough for detail work.  The tang is also fully tapered for better balance.

The forged blade is 80CRV2, with a maganese phosphate (parkerized) finish. The blade bevels are flat ground with a convex cutting edge.

The handle scales are toasted curly maple, rebated back from the exposed tang. I almost never do this as it's rather tedious, but I like the finished look.

Hand-fitted and textured leather pouch sheath is right handed.

Blade Length: 4-1/8", Overall Length: 8-3/4"
