Frame Handle Chef

Medium-sized chef’s knife forged from 80CRV2 with the blade bevels flat ground to a very thin edge and hand finished while the spine retains the natural texture left behind after forging.

The hidden tang blade is mounted to a beautiful piece of Australian Ringed Gidgee in a frame-handle configuration secured with composite pins. The finished knife has less weight compared to a full-tang version, puts no exposed steel in the handle, and showcases the beautiful wood on every side.

The knife comes with a handmade leather blade sleeve.
