Frame Handle Utility Hunter

This is a cool, full-sized hunter, with a few elegant details thrown in to make it really interesting.

The blade is forged to shape 80CRV2, with a primary bevel that’s hollow ground to reduce weight and drag when cutting. The secondary bevel is not a sharpening bevel but rather the geometry of the original convex edge that would normally be present. 

The frame handle is a hidden tang with the clack canvas micarta fitted to the tang in three pieces, allowing for a full-tang style design with a handle that leaves no exposed steel. The combination of the hollow ground blade and frame handle gives the knife a surprisingly light weight that’s very comfortable to use.

The deep pouch sheath is secure and comfortable with a right handed, vertical carry.
