Laminated French Chef
As you may know, there's a famous black and white photo of a bell pepper by Edward Weston. Seemed like a fun homage to that strange, curvy pepper to include something similar in a photo of a chef's knife. I've included a full-color version of the photo for those unwilling or unable to appreciate the fine arts.
The hidden-tang blade is my laminated steel (80CRV2 core with 410 stainless sides), flat ground and hand-finished on the bevels, natural forge texture on the spine. The blade is inset into the satin finished black Richlite bolster. The handle is stabilized, toasted curly maple.
Blade comes with a leather blade sleeve.
Blade 8.5" long, 2" wide, 13.75" overall
I ate the pepper.
