Crafted to strike fear into the hearts of beef and artichokes alike, this full-sized French chef's knife will leave you without excuses when it comes to meal times.
The woodgrain damascus blade (80CRV2 and 15N20) is boldly patterned and deeply etched, with a very thin cutting edge which balances just in front of the handle giving it a slight blade-heavy feel. The handle is stabilized maple burl, lined with black composite liners and secured with matching composite pins. The handle shape is a result of many years of making chef's knives and represents the best handle design I have to date.
