Short Santoku

Excellent all-around knife in the kitchen, this forged, full-tang laminated steel blade (410 stainless, 52100  core).  Blade bevels are hand-finished with natural forge texture at the spine.  

Handle is stabilized black maple burl with stainless hardware.
