Walnut Santoku

The handiest sized blade to have in the kitchen, this Santoku chef's knife has a fully-finished laminated steel blade (410 stainless, 1095 core).  The metal surfaces are completely hand finished.  

The handle is satin finished English walnut.  The blade is 6.6" long, 1.8" wide, and 11.2" overall.
