Unguarded Camp
This forged-to-shape camp knife has only minimal grinding and hand-finishing on the blade, intending to leave the hammer's work as the focal point.
The knife is a hidden tang, which reduces weight and shifts the center of balance forward, but rather than fitting the knife with a guard, there is a black Richlite transition piece, similar to how I often fit my Jappalachian style chef's knives. The handle is toasted and stabilized curly maple with a carbon fiber lanyard tube.
The sheath is a high ride right handed model.
Blade length 7.75", overall 13.25"
