Take-Down Hunter

This Laminated steel hunter is built as the name implies, to be able to be disassembled if need be.  The fittings are all steel, finished matte black with stainless accents.

As a knife that would get used, but might conceivably get retired at some point, there's a great value to be able to disassemble the knife, refinish it back to 100% and then retire it in pristine condition.
