Spalted Maple Integral

Another full-tang integral forged from W-1 round bar, this simple but elegant piece lies at the perfect intersection between hunting and camp knife.

The blade is clay hardened and polished to show an active and whispy hamon. The round integral bolster is nearly untouched during the forging process and is seamlessly mated to the stabilized curly maple scales and secured with opposite pins. Unlike almost any other style of knife, these integral blades flow from one material to the next and exhibit a continuity of design that is hard to equal.

The simple, airbrushed sheath is a deep pouch model that keeps the blade and handle protected, while the high ride belt loop keeps it accessible.
