The blade is 80CRV2, forged to shape, with bevels ground to sharp. The sculpted steel guard and blade are sandblasted and blued to a flat charcoal finish throughout. This is actually a really great finish for a working knife, which you are encouraged to explain to your wife when she finds out what you bought.

The toasted and stabilized curly maple handle is sculpted for maximum comfort for those long, stabby days.

Sheath is textured, high-ride model for right hand carry.
